You see, I struggled with my weight for years until I came across the solution to lose weight naturally. I finally came to realize that the best way to lose weight was to lose weight, naturally! It’s that simple:
To burn fat, you need your metabolism working on high, and the way to get your metabolism working on high is by eating properly, and by exercising properly. Period! Anything other than what I just described is just wasting your time and money, not to mention the years wasted battling with your weight.
Trying to lose weight fast with diets will backfire on you and you will end up struggling with your weight, forever! That was exactly what it was like for me. I would lose weight, and then I would gain it all back again, sometimes more. This went back and forth until I wanted to give up.
I was shown that every person has different calorie requirements. I realized that I was taking the complete opposite approach than what I should have been taking.
When trying to figure out how much calories should I eat a day, I came to understand that one size does not fit every person. Trying to figure out how many calories do I need a day to lose weight, on a daily basis, just gave me a headache!
Did you know that more than half of the calories you consume on a daily basis are used up with normal physiological functions? Such as, breathing, the digestion of foods, blood circulation; just normal bodily functions. The remaining calories go to movement – walking, running, working, etc. And then, what you don’t burn off on a daily basis, gets stored as fat.
When starting a weight loss program, you might consider what I am talking about here. Most people have it all wrong; trying every weight loss program on the market. It seems to me that most dieters end up fatter than ever.
Just look at the statistics! Approximately 66% of Americans are overweight or obese, and it is projected that just 9 short years from now, that number will rise to 80% by the year 2020. It sure seems to me that when it comes to weight loss and being healthy, most individuals have no clue as to what they are doing.
I don’t even worry about weight anymore because I know that I won’t gain any weight. Even when I cheat once in a while, my weight just stays the same. In the past it would stick to my hips like glue, but not anymore!
